Staggering amount of "new driver stickers" in the Seattle area..

I have been noticing so many vehicles with "new driver, be patient" stickers on vehicles the last couple of months. The stickers look like this - https://www.amazon.com/Stickios-New...45989303461448825-B0CTJW35WD-&hvexpln=73&th=1

At first I thought it was kids that just got their drivers licenses, but started noticing lots of them at 5:00am on the way to work. Been paying attention in the afternoon and none of the people driving are teenagers, and almost all are not Caucasian. Anyone else noticing this in your neck of the woods?

People should carry suction cup dart guns and shoot a suction cup dart at anyone driving bad. Then, when a cop sees a car with 4 or 5 darts stuck to it he can pull the driver over and give him a ticket for being an asshole.

I have thought that since HS in the late 80's and had no idea George Carlin suggested it. Application of marking bad drivers is and has been a great idea. Back in the late 80's I recall thinking that piss poor drivers should be shown on the local news, interviewed on ride alongs, if there was video, show it and articulate what the driver did wrong. Would be much easier now with the video footage and much more should be much more effective if that was the goal.

Ton of those stickers in DFW area. 99.9% are adults and from India. They're terrible drivers and use the stickers to gain some sympathy.
