Thinking about attending Stagecoach 2023. Need the low down on do's and don'ts from past attendees.

Camp/Hotel?

Best bang for the buck tickets?

Anyone want to help me out?

Thanks in advance.

Campsite with a trailer I don’t have Facebook but people sell them on there all the time you don’t want to have to worry about driving back to the hotel every night staying on site is the only way to do it get group together and all go in on the rv site

My mom lives in Indio, I stay with her. She'll drop me off in the morning and Ill stake out a base camp and hang all day. She comes back for the night and get us all home after drinking all day!

Im thinking about going next year too, pretty good line up and its been about 5 years since I went last. I would think camping would be the ultimate but with out a trailer/rv it gets too expensive for me. I think all the campsites are sold out already too so get ready for markups

Yeah looked for campsites all sold out, plus I'd be dragging my 36' toy hauler from Reno.

We just bought the hotel and GA ticket combo about 20 min ago before it sold out or increased in price. It will be the first time so we will learn what would work best if we decide to go in the future.

We were stoked on the line up too, we had just bought tickets for Brooks and Dunn and Old Dominion up here in Reno that we need to sell now.

We're going as well. I've been about 6-ish times.

Get an RV resort wristband. They come with the RV spots. People sell their extras on Craigslist.

Stagecoach is nothing without the RV Resort.

It's like the infield of a Nascar race but with no main event to watch. You hang out there when no one good is playing and go back into the venue for your favorite performances. You have people up at 6am cookin' breakfast and drinkin'. You have others up at 3am still crushin' cocktails and bullshitting.

RV camping is the way to go. Besides the camping area being a huge fun 3 day party, campers are the only ones that have daily in and out access for the venue. And your right outside the gates with an easy walk or bike ride. Join the Stagecoach 2023 facebook group. The rv spots are sold out but tons of people resell them on there.

I have friends that air bnb a house every year that is close enough for them to ride a bike back and forth. That is a good 2nd option. Others that stay at hotels or houses farther away have a difficult time at the end of each night getting home with the shuttles or Ubers. Plus the Ubers really jack the prices up all weekend. Not to mention the cell service isn’t that great at the venue.

Basically if you are a river person and are used to hot weather and drinking all day you will be good to go. Most of the women are hot and wearing very little. All the people are usually cool and there to have fun. There are allot of people but it very well organized. Lots of great music with all the big names coming on at night. We usually hang out all day and don’t even go in until around 5-6pm.

As far as the event passes go, they have different sections for the crowd that limits how close you can get. To be up close is expensive. All the food and drinks inside are also expensive like other big events. Drink and eat as much as you can before going in. We always sneak stuff in, the security is pretty lame.
