So a while back (when big 5 still sold guns) I walked in and picked up a simmons blazer for 70 bucks. It’s decent for what we were using it for zeroing out to about 50-200 yards. Glass is decent for what your paying, tripod isnt the best but it does work. I prefer binos most the time because they are just easier all the way around but I get over holding them for a while, I might look into getting a stand for them too (vortex vipers). I’d say in your budget maybe look at the vortex crossfire and if you want to stretch the vortex Diamondback (shooting is always more fun with good glass!). My buddy found a pair of vortex Diamondback binos on offer up for 20 bucks because they had something wrong with them I can’t remember but he was able to send them back, they could not fix them and they replaced them with a brand new pair! I search often but never get lucky like that. Here’s a link for the Simmons:
