I’m 60 1/2, so “technically” I could be done in another 1 1/2 years…. I’m now sitting on a sizable stock grant that pays out in 2 years..

I just don’t think under our current management I can last till 65…. I’m sure as hell not staying till 67. I did the math. If I retire at 67, it would take 10 years to get back to square zero if I had retired at 62.

We just lost my brother-in-law who passed at 67. It has hit me hard. My sister has been married since she was 22.

I’m super excited to retire. I won’t have to look for stuff to do, I’ve got dozens of projects started or in my head just waiting for me..

Mostly just working for medical coverage until my wife hits 65. It's starting to feel really strange being this close.

Been 20 years now that I retired from Local 12 IUOE, cant complain one bit, of course more money would be nice but we're making just fine. Just fear of getting too old thou, shit happens and you cant stop father time, deal with it

I picked up my last belongings today at my was current work location in Rio Vista.
Did 26 years in Hercules before I found out how nice and casual it was in Rio.
