Once upon a time I really enjoyed watching NASCAR but like everything else politics ruined it for me. Well this weekend we are going with a group of friends and staying in the RV infield to watch the race. I think I am looking forward to the 5 day party more then the race. Friday we are watching the race at the Bullring next to LVMS and the wife wants to do Goat Yoga. She will probably just play with the goats

What are the must do's at a NASCAR race when you stay in the infield?

Somebody in the infield probably has some good stuff on them. buy a bag or two and that should help you enjoy NAPCAR.

Hopefully you can bring some bikes or a golf cart and you can check out the infield area. Probably some real interesting people watching. You might see the Dale Earhardt fans with one tooth and married to their sister out there, among others.

I watched a bit of Charlette over the weekend. I had no idea they put righthand turns into the circuit......which made it way more interesting for me.
Ol' Bubba J is probably a little confused😄

Seen Toyota Racing's (not a fan) Black 389 Pete with flat top sleeper (😍) heading westbound AZ I-40 @ mm 110, 8:30ish this morning. Two other race haulers about 10 minutes later.

We watched the same race trying to get caught up on what I missed the last 10 years. It was a better race to watch

We had an infield rv spot when the track first opened. Great spot on back row and corner by the pedestrian tunnel but they closed the tunnel and you had to take a tram outside the track to get to the grandstands.
It was cool to watch all the car haulers come into the track.
I think it's the Neon Garage now where you can view the race cars on top?
It's been awhile but i think they removed all the grassy areas along the fence to watch the race.
We were in middle of infield so we couldn't see much of the track on top of the rv.
We paid $400 the first year and every year the price kept going up until $1200 and we left.
The best view is motorhome hill but it's expensive.
Best part was being by Nellis AFB and watching the flyovers.
The Thunderbirds visited our spot and sent us a poster
Daughter and Bud make Nascar Scene magazine and the local news.
We painted the #8 on Bud for Dale Jr's Budweiser car

We go with a group every march. Our group has like 12 spots on the fence at the end of the straight. Its a great time but there aint much to do but eat, drink and play bags in between the races. But we blast music, watch hockey and drink into the wee hours every night. Takes a week to recover.

We got to Las Vegas motor Speedway probably a little earlier than we needed to. The first couple days that were not that many campsites until Friday night when it filled up, there were lots of rules when you entered the speedway but once you were inside, nobody was enforcing them, we were able to roam all over the place including driving on the track

All week long they were various Air Force planes fly overhead. It was like a mini airshow the entire time if you go to this race, I recommend going to the bouldering and watch the Friday night races. These guys were banging it up pretty good.

I'm a big dale sr and Jr fan who u calling a stupid ass
You misinterpreted my post...
My father was a huge Earnhardt fan.
He&his veteran buddies would get a special room at the local American Legion post to watch Nascar &root for Earnhardt.
I'm tired of the played out Earnhardt/redneck/1 tooth quips that permeate any Nascar discussion.
