I’ve been looking up the issue with no luck. The two main issues I have found are the fuse box under the hood is susceptible to water damage and the MAF sensors like to go out. However the MAF sensor usually doesn’t cause the truck to shut off.

I did see one post where a 2020 shut off while driving after hitting a bump and the fuel pump shut off was triggered, but there was no update as to what ended up being the issue.

My F250 is a bit older (2016) but I experienced a similar problem, no crank or anything, it was sporadic but would leave me stranded until it decided to work again....took it to the dealer twice, both times it didnt do it and they couldnt figure out the problem...

I started poking around the engine bay, noticed the fuse box seemed a bit loose, popped the cover off and this nut on the ground cable shown in the pic below had rattled loose and was barely still on....I tightened that up, and have never had a problem since...

Worth a check maybe

*edit to say, the first time it happened to me, I hit a bump and the truck turned off, scared the shit outta me but luckily was going about 30mph...towed it home, wouldnt start or anything for two days, no codes, no lights, nothing....then the day I was getting it towed to the dealer, I go outside to meet the tow truck, and it fired right up....

It looks like Ford removed the inertia switch reset button about 10 years ago. If that’s the issue it will need to get done by the dealer unfortunately.

Early 90’s and 2003 model experience here but Ford used to have those up under the floor carpet by the glovebox and you could reset it like a GFCI plug. Might be worth taking a look.

Get on Waze and put a cop and an accident. That’s what I did when we were stuck in the moho. At least anyone with Waze on will “hopefully” slow down thinking there is something coming up. Shit sucks when it’s rocking and rolling from passing traffic.

Buddy was recently broke down on the 40 in Needles
Waited for hours for AAA. Had him hooked up and they got a call about an accident
They dropped him and took off. Had to call for another tow
