Oh, I agree. I'm planning to follow up on this for sure. I'm also reaching out to the retailer to notify them that this is what the end of the customer experience looks like in hopes that they will reconsider which company they use for shipping. Not sure why they can't use UPS or USPS like everyone else.

I'm also reaching out to the retailer to notify them that this is what the end of the customer experience looks like in hopes that they will reconsider which company they use for shipping. Not sure why they can't use UPS or USPS like everyone else.

I couldn’t tell what company it was, but there’s no excuse for that kind of BS. I don’t know if I’d hold it against the whole company unless you had continued bad service. I myself kind of hate using USPS. I’ve had more stuff vaporize into space and then show up three weeks later after I had a replacement part shipped via UPS.
