I bought the prop new. It was a little too tall so Gibbs worked on it, but I didn't notice a difference.
It has a couple VERY small nicks that you can barely see or feel. 1 hour of use. Includes Hub
If I'm in Havasu I don't mind anyone trying it out with a full refund if brought back as it left.
