2021 25' Avalon Platinum Tri-toon with twin Mercury 300 Verado's. 79 hours on both engines. This boat was custom built at Avalon. The boat is equipped with full digital instrumentation, custom stereo system, Active Trim and Cruise Control, Custom Bimini ( I still have the original), Custom built Extreme tandem axle trailer, polished toons, too many extras to list. I have a 25 ft avalon. Happy cruise is 40 to 45mph.
Under 40 it's fine, just plows more. When's it's rough the 40mph is about right. Regardless if it go can 60.

Single 300 verado
45 gallon tank.
Burn is channel to pirates and back is 3/4 tank.

I did get a couple more mph with testing a different prop. Wasn't worth the cost.
Avalon assumes you're going to have a full load of people and it's propped for weight. Alway just me a Mrs rr. Maybe 2 others at times which you can't feel
