Tasty little beast, nothing better for waking up early and getting a speed fix.

I always wondered why some 260's came with offshore mids and some didnt? I guess it was an option when they were new?

I owned and restored this boat a few years back. Lots of purple that dated the boat was powder coated to the silver you see now. Looks amazing with the then new chop top bimini I build and had redone in a very light pearl grey canvas.
I had a set of offshore mids that I was going to install but just ran out of time.
I sold this boat to a kid who called me within a week from purchasing it telling me that someone had plowed into the back of it while parked outside of his home which had me cringing. Looks like maybe it just damaged the trailer only as this is a different trailer than the one I completely overhauled prior to the sale.
All in all a fun boat and project, just got too small and fast for my needs.

Are the Alien cowls because you were running the Simon Alt kits, or did you just like the look? Great job on the resto!
