Breakfast was good tasting pancakes and a sausage omelet.

Lunch was a Cheese and Spinach Burrito in a Pretzel Dough tortilla.
It was amazing though it sounds goofy,,, and I covered it with deli mustard.
Any German blood in your wife you'll have deli mustard at the ready in the kitchen and RV at all times.

Snack was excellent Cheesy puffs. Dog got 2 of them.

Dinner was a really good meatloaf sandwich with Velvet cake desert.

This winter has been brutal weather wise. The mud has kept us indoors for months and binge watching shows pairs nicely with snacks so we've both got some chub to drop going into spring. One of our beef customers turned us onto the Nutrisense glucose monitors which has been helpful dialing in our eating. Off to a good start and back to eating carnivore.

Yes. This. Turn 40 this year. I’m active, in construction, we boat. We ride. Up down 15 here and there. Drink more beers than I should, live a good life…. It’s all about food. I quit eating everything I see cause it looks good, lost 12 pounds in about a month. If I dropped beer I’m sure another 10, trying to hit under 200. At 209 right now.
Same boat here. I try to replace beer with some whiskey on the rocks............its does seem to help, but do still have beers from time to time. I guess I cant give everything up.

I bought a dually in 2019. Can't really fit into many drive thru's. Down 10lbs since.
I roll into In n Out and I'm only going to get a burger. I roll out with a DBBL DBBL, fries and a shake and a one gallon coke.

My vice is one Fox's Titos Bloody Mary, heavy on the Olives.

Getting back to my meal preps and working out a few times per week. Made 8 meals last night in under an hour. SUPER EASY!
