The lake is beautiful during winter, we spend just as much time at the lake in winter as we do summer.

I always seem to find projects to work on during winter.
When the lake is low during the winter, its the time to repair the seawall if needed.
Last winter I lengthened our launching ramp. Fun driving the tractor 10 miles on the highway to the lake house.

I also enjoy taking photos of the local wildlife on the ice.

My son rides all winter long.

The thing that sucks about fall/winter here is the rodents like going into cars for warmth. So if you are storing a car here in fall/winter, expect to find rodent nests come spring. My brother just bought a Lincoln town car, its been sitting at his place for two weeks. Took it for a drive to my house today. Did a trip a few miles from here. Car ran rough and had no power. Check under the hood, yep rodent nest. Even worse one spark plug wire is chewed almost in half.

Had an awesome weekend snowmobiling with my buds. For those that think snowmobiling‘s is cold I was overheated all weekend. Had to take a layer off yesterday. I love getting to the top of the mountain and having a beer. Still working on posting pics. Hope this one works.

Its snowing here now. A wet snow. I'm miserable. Its Bella my pups first snow. She doesn't seem to like it much.
