The premium SuperStream app is now available on all boxes. Go into the App Store and then find the premium tab then load the SuperStream APK

I went to download the SuperStream app and tv went black, about two minutes later " can't play video" message appears. Have tried to download several times with same message. Any help is appreciated.

I just checked mine and it’s working fine. Mine has been asking me to do an update for several weeks, I haven’t done it.

So, you enter the UN and PW in the old app and you are good to go. Use the mouse curser button to put the curser at the end of the old UN and PW text to backspace and clear the old info.

Mine didn’t shoe up at first… but it did later. Once you install it, you may have to wait half a day for the login and pw to work..

Mine took awhile and kept denying the login.
Later that night the same pw and login worked

crypto is working for me some of the time. It is open and populated but when you click on something, sometimes it pops up other times you just get a black screen and spinning circle. I cannot get the Super stream to function at this point. Basically the same thing. It does five retries then locks up. interestingly if there is a short preview, that works just fine.

I have three and they all have been buffering for a few weeks. Downloaded the new superstream app. Tried the activation code with no luck. Asks for a user name which I don’t recall ever setting up. Also the new crypto app errors out with the codes on the screen. Any ideas? Been working great until recently.

Just to add to this, my Super Stream app on my jailbroken Fire Box has not skipped a beat yet, some voice de-sync on a few obscure channels and maybe a few movies that have foreign subtitles...other than that it's been epic.

I have not been asked to download something else, nor have I done any updates.

Any idea on a fix or do I just have a bad box. As soon as I go to VOD (or any app) from main screen and start a search, it just powers down and restarts. I tried factory reset and no improvement. Pretty frustrating.

Crypto tv is a backup app. The user name and password should be scrolling across the top of the Home screen

I get mine from the same guy I have been using for years.. I don’t have any problems streaming anything. No buffering / no picking streams no none of that bullshit.. the only thing is I can’t pull every movie or show like I could with a Kodi build. All modern shit is on it though

I have the M2, and it's been flawless using mostly super vod, crypto and super tv. But watch out, for some reason the remote is super tasty to dogs.

I turned everything on last night, and the TV screen went to the Super Stream start up screen, but no further. I'm a tech and TV newbie, so I don't know if it's done for, or if I screwed up something. (Or both, always an option)

Did the old man unplug, then tried the reset button on the side (toothpick hole thing)...no luck.

When it's on the Home Screen what model is it in the bottom right hand corner? I'm still running the M1, and I watch all that shit..

Maverick I use the VOD app.. I pretty rarely use the Crypto app unless I'm looking for something that isn't on SuperVOD I think it's called?
