The live tv is live and there is not a DVR feature but if you just go to tv series and select the show then select the episode they already remove all the commercials. Oh, I understand the deal. I had 3 or 4 Netmaster boxes which was a sister company to streamsmart. They worked great. But eventually they poop out. It is what it is.

My question was do you pay the $60 a year with the new program no matter what? Whether you buy the brand new $200 box or if you upgrade your old box for $60.

Started to set up the new box and on the OTA update I keep getting the message: "Server Responded with Error 404". Curious if anyone experienced this on set up & if not, the fix will be on RDP for future inmate reference since it's a crucial step. (Reached out to Mike).

Does anyone have a source for streaming local channels or does this box do that? I used the Magic Boxes, firesticks and etc. and always found it easier to use an antenna for local channels. I now have 12 TV’s and 5 children, we’re currently using FuboTV and Hulu live because it’s easy to use for local channels but that sh*t really adds up every month. Going this route would be great but I need a solution for local channels that’s easy for the kids and my tech challenged wife to navigate.

I found just about every tv station on earth if you are looking for local news.. under the live tv tab click news if I remember right..

One issue i had last night was i paused a movie for 20 min to take a phone call. Went to restart the movie and it wouldn't play and booted me back a screen. Tried to fast forward to catch back up but that didn't work either. I had like 15 min left in the damn movie. Still a great deal.

OK I just bought one and looks like it will be nice once I figure out how to use it, but 2 issues ive had so far is the remote sux, 10' max distance and has to pointed directly at the box and second I put on UFC last night and it kept freezing for about 10 seconds every minute or two, WTF?

Still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer about the remote issue. It should work from across the room no problem. Second I would run a speed test on the box to see what download speed you are actually getting

Make sure that the box is at the front edge of whatever it is sitting on. Needs a clear view to the remote.
