to run to Catalina ? back in my day, me & my Dad ran an 18 footer in the Catalina race, with NO GPS or compass there were a FEW 21 ft daycruisers, but they were not that fast. Mike Murphy has been "training" his nephew Sam for this years race, pulling him over & back behind a jetski, with a 75 ft. rope They're running in the novice men's class :thumbsup I've not seen the kid ski, but he looks like a young Chuckie Stearns built like Todd haig, zero body fat, about 6' 4, lean & mean
