Snowbird rental inquiry

So we met a couple this year and have been showing them the sights here in havasu. Went to bunker bar and had them out on the toon etc. it's their first time here and they are having a lot of fun.Problem is the place they are renting now is not all that great. They are looking for something nicer for next year. They are retired couple from Wisconsin and very nice people. They also have an elderly dog who is very mellow and well behaved. I don't think there is any problem with cost they just want something nicer closer to middle of town. Anyone here need renters next year from Jan thru march?

The lady who bought my beachcomber flip is looking for winter tenants. I think she wanted to do a four month minimum though. It’s furnished everything is new, and it’s right by the pool/clubhouse. If you think they may be interested in something like that I can put you guys in touch. I think that rent is 2100

I’m closing on a 2/2 south side of town a few streets away from the bash.

Undecided if we’ll want to rent out but leaning towards yes.

Would be fully furnished and all.

When I bought mine I was told that but they lied never got anybody that for that many months. Best was dec to march.

A lot of them come out after the holidays. At least in the Keys.

Ours come from Wisconsin too. They do 60 days, Feb 1st - March 31st. We like going out for New Years but would possibly entertain a 3 month rental. We currently get $5k for the 60 days with our current people.

The keys is full of snowbirds currently. April 1st they are gone.

This is our debate too when we bought we planned on snowbirds in the winter but now that we’ve spent time out there in the winter we haven’t wanted to rent it. A January-March rental may not be bad though.

That was our plan, but now that my wife has spent so much time in Havasu this winter she almost likes it better than summer season.
