Retiring. Work has slowed, lost a few employees, including my crew foreman, to Prevailing Wage contractors. Told my wife 2 years ago that when work gets slow or I continue to have staffing shortfalls I'll be done. I'm 68 years old. Hispanics have taken over the concrete labor force forever changing everything compared to the way it used to be. I have a communication issue as I speak virtually no Spanish and they (employees) have virtually no respect for me, my vehicles, my tools and equipment. As far as the tractor goes, it was my bad. I have two other skid steers in good running order so the decision to purchase was my bad. I have always owned the finest of tools and equipment. At 60K OBO I'm gonna take a 10K hit in the gut but it is what it is. It's a great deal if someone is looking for something new. 19 hrs aint shit. I'll deliver it wherever in CA, NV or AZ

I don’t blame you sir. It’s sad how most employees treat the tools that feed there family’s. I don’t understand how they don’t understand that if you don’t have these tools you don’t work and if you don’t work you don’t eat That is definitely a smoking deal on a brand new machine. If I didn’t just buy a new one 6 months ago I’d probably get it myself. Good luck with the sale and enjoy retirement!

I've wondered if one of these would be better for hilly terrain as a ranch vehicle then your typical round tire mid size utility tractor. Moving to one in a year or two, so don't need it just yet.

Yes. Our 5 acre ranch is a constant slope from the top of the property to the bottom, and when we first moved here my wheeled skid steer was almost useless trying to move any significant amount of dirt. I went to a CTL and it's a million times better and more useful.
