Looks like a fair deal with good colors and a great engine. 270s are generally much easier to find than a 240. Great boat.

Lack of info makes me think some sort of "flipper" owns it

I called on it as soon as I saw the thread.. It needs some gel work and interior work. It's a buddies old boat as it turns out.

After seeing what people are paying for shitboxes...a clean 270 Hallett with Merc blue EFI power isn't worth what he's asking ? [emoji51]

If it was clean (key words there) I would think it would be.

First things first the T in 270T stands for twins. I hate people that can't write an honest correct posting.

This boat has over 600 hours on it. The motor has a 100 hours. Put that in the ad.

Looking at the pictures in the ad, no way can judge the condition of the boat or the trailer. Unless, some of you guys seen the boat in person, how can you say it needs TLC, salt water use etc.....? Maybe I'm dumb and you guys possess an eagle eye:rolleyes. Dave, you said you know the owner, did you see this boat recently to make a proper assessment on condition?

I have checked it out in person. It was on a hoist at Mead for awhile. I would say no to saltwater use.
