Looks a little close the 40 to do some target practice.... Plus a neighbor on the left.... Funny the parcel 353-17-044 does not come up on the Mohave County GIS site...

go up the canyon and shoot all you want... theres a big hill that block the view of the 40 you have to go up ontop of the hill to see the 40..the big feature here is you drive in to the property on a less than 1 mile maintained road.... year round access...

Are there any utilities or easements along the property? It looks like there maybe pipelines or something in the highlighted area on the image here.

Where do you get water?
it's water haul or well... my idea was when friends and family come in their rv they would bring water.... I think theres a water truck that stops and fills the 2 tanks as a service......

not a bad drive from havasu or bull head,.... be worth the drive to see what it's like as aerial pic don't do it justice you can't see the place from the 40 there's a valley and a couple hills.. at one time I was gonna take my tractor up there and cut in a dirt bike/quad track.... but never did... I now have a lake house at havasu, mead, and powel.... so probley never do anything here...

anyone interested feel free to call me... 702-496-4150, I own this free and clear... could owner carry... trade part or all... this is a great property for group gather camping, riding , hunting, or one could live there...all the hard part done with the legal to live address with septic in and approved....

Never even thought about power and water as everyone in our group has self contained rv's... my plan was to take my tractor and level out a dozen or so rv pads .. I would never move there, or live there.... I was thinking of maybe let a old grounds keeper that needed a place to finish his life move in the fifth wheel to keep an eye on things..wouldn't take much solar to run a little place with a back up gen... there's solar on one of the sheds....pretty sure there is a propane guy and a water guy that run through there... couple miles down the road theres a truck stop/ resturant.. and about 20 miles to kingman.... this place has it all to be a bad ass private camp ground...look at desert bar...

this place has RDP all over it..... amagine the camp out/ cook out party's dave would throw... trails every where..... starry skies ... cool mountians... easy to get to....
