Apparently he missed the class on crisis intervention with the department psychologist.Again, prime example of the cops just not asking nicely enough.
¿Quién tiene la culpa? No entiendo inglés
The Democrats!¿Quién tiene la culpa?
That’ll be the cheapest part of this whole deal for the city. Or maybe that was county, wasn’t paying attention. Too busy laughing.New windshield, check
I think it’s just a combination of a lot more cameras on everything and a much more violent, disrespectful society. For all you cops out there.... this shooting through windshields trend is facinating.... seems like we see more and more vids on it.... is it a new protocol they're teaching guys? I wonder how it effects bullets trajectory.
Options Options Option.... I like the run over dumbasses technique .... either way the Fleet Shop guys win lol.I think it’s just a combination of a lot more cameras on everything and a much more violent, disrespectful society.
Maybe they should have used this technique instead, I think the guy lived.

The old Front Bumper Take Down would have been great! IYKYK..
The deputy just sits back in the office while everybody else piles up the paperwork..probably less paperwork than a firearm discharge incident too
Def not trained but the ole exigency comes into play. In a split second that dude could have opened up on him, therefore the dep should be ok. All events leading up to that exact moment come into play. For all you cops out there.... this shooting through windshields trend is facinating.... seems like we see more and more vids on it.... is it a new protocol they're teaching guys? Ha ha ha!! Right?
RDP 2 days ago - Cops should have beat that guy to a pulp for mouthing off about a seatbelt ticket
RDP today - Cops shouldn’t be shooting at armed robbers.
Same ? I have. For all you cops out there.... this shooting through windshields trend is facinating.... seems like we see more and more vids on it.... is it a new protocol they're teaching guys? I wonder how it effects bullets trajectory.
You got me looking into a new word there.... "exigency".... new word for me. Applies. Almost feels like patrol cars would benefit from bullet resistant glass now but no budget for it I know. Rough out there as everyones shooting without hesitation now. WhewDef not trained but the ole exigency comes into play.
