Shout out! Mellowyellow vector-SoCal pools

I've been meaning to put this up sooner. Unfortunately this week has been heart wrenching and I'm just now able to see clearly.
Some of you know we moved last November. After years of looking in fallbrook, bonsall and valley center we final found a place that checked nearly all the boxes.
But, we knew there's no way we are leaving coastal climate to some heat and not having a pool.
The builder interview started before we moved in. It was more painful than I was anticipating. Pricing was close to a match on the first few, but the upsell after and change order game was there. I know what that means...
JBNSOCAL texted me and said I should check up socal pools. Mellow yellow Tim
Contacted Tim, he stopped by a few times. Brainstormed some options. His experience helped to add things and delete things. All staying within our budget.
Fast forward a month ish and contract was in place, permits were pulled.
I will add pics as I go...broke ground in January, just in time for a biblical rain winter.

Entire process went a few weeks long, but it also rained for a months straight. Goal was swimming by summer and we are!
Couldn't be happier. Wife is super happy.

I know im a pain in the ass. I've been on construction sites for 37 years. Tim's patience with me was damn good! Lol.

Our choice to pick Socal was made easy in the design stages and we will pick him again. (If we ever move again, which nearly killed me )
Thanks Tim and thanks Dave for giving him a place to show his skills and me to show the results.

Mild family pool party this Saturday. Can't wait.

Rad pool BTW, we are currently in the process of waiting for permits to come back to start our pool.

tropic blue mini pebble. Apparently it takes about a month to get the color cure done. It looked good right away. We did not want windex blue, or much grey.
This was Tims choice about a week prior. We love it.
Tile is a penny round and wall is 2' x 4' tiles for the entire length. Both from Bedrosian.

The wall evolved as it was being built. SoCal/Tim was great about things like that. Made changes as we moved along and it took shape

That entire area is awesome. Iv driven past for years and never had a reason to exit or even know whats out there. Actually took Michelle out there couple weeks ago to just drive through the hills and back towards pala and pechanga. Cool drive
Noah tried yellow deli the last week he was out there, said food was good but got approached to come back for their “gathering”. I told him he should, might be only way I can get him to move out by joining a cult
