I pretty much use Italian sausage where I used hamburger at one time, love that stuff.
I bought one of these for the GMG and it is badass, we do personal pan pizza nights with friends and neighbors, 1 to 2 minutes each.

On the Traeger. 30 minutes start to finish. Cut that nearly in half if you use a boboli crust.

My only problem with pizza on the smoker, it taste better the next day. We usually make two or three just for that reason. It's kind of like the smoked mac & cheese, it has a lot more smoke flavor the next day.
