I found out the other day that my sons ex wife has been taking our 11 yr old grand daughter to a child counselor for close to a year now. She's bright, talented and from what I can see, just a normal kid. There is no volatility in her life, everything is very loving and stable, and my son gets along very well with his ex. In asking my son about it he says it is quite common for parents to take their kids to counselors now days and that several of my grand daughters friends are seeing counselors as well. It just makes no sense to me. Society is turning our kids into a bunch of spoiled, dependent whiners. People need to realize that there is not a quick fix for everything, and that being human means feeling shitty every now and again for no particular reason. I'd wager that the pscho in this vid has a prescription for some type of antidepressant, and that her parents have never told her no in her life. As a result she is incapable of reason and goes off acting like a Karen whenever things don't go her way.

Scary that she is so indoctrinated at this point she melts down at any other point of view.
