I know your on the GCYFL program also......during footbal season we don't eat dinner till 8:45-9:00 !!

This season I was eating before practice and starving at bedtime, this issue hit me hard late April. Having endoscopy and colonoscopy tomorrow. Endoscopy is looking to see if there is a problem causing the acid reflux issue, colonoscopy is just because it's time.
