I am selling my 42 Fountain Mr Warpath...........The price is $80,000 it has 3 548 in motors that make 750 HP on pump gas. They have approx 10 hrs on them and the drives approx 20 HRS. It has all the good stuff and is a Catalina overall race winner. This boat has proven it can pull the best skier you can find and you will not be let down. The boat can pull a skier right at 102 MPH if needed and really drives nice. I hate to let it go but I am doing something different and I just dont have the room for it. You can PM me and I will tell you more. Thanks Mike

Hey Lynch, tell your old man to buy this one vs. his old boat: It runs good and has a spare motor...

No reason to Denny...we have big red back...it has twin staggered 1000s with #6 drives and runs 105 mph...Mike has a good, proven boat but it has bravos and we know how those work on heavy boats with any kind of power behind them. Also it is a 3 engined boat so no spare.

not a bad guess. i wonder how much you would have to cut off of a 47' to make it legal?

Lynch knows, they use to have to cut off 3" off the 42' fountains until the rule change. i think it's 43' now from noes to transom. Alway pushing the limits!;)

Good luck on the sale Mike someone is getting a good boat!

I dont know what all the fuss is about I was back east looking at snowplows.............:)............I think you would have to cut off a fair amount to make it 43 as the boat is really 47 with swim step.................the 42 has SCX drives so they are a bit stronger than just a bravo but yeah if you go mush more than the power I have it might get risky. I have 750 hp each now and all is cool. Remember it has three so it is not as hard on things because the third motor takes the strain and passes it along to the others so it works well. I can tell you this without BS there is only two skiers in the world right now that could push that boat to its limits and I pull one...........The other one has 10 wins and skis behind the other great boat............there are only two teams.......BOATS,SKIERS,OBSERVERS,DRIVERS and Navigators that have come back race day under 51 Min. You CAN buy this boat but I am sure you CANT buy the other one.............:)............I am just trying to do my part to help our team do better no matter what..........I couldnt respect anyone as a racer more than Todd Haig and I also really like him as a person so I say this with all respect to Todd and his team , that we have to do all we can to beat them..............:).........I wish we could race Catalina 10 times a year...........I love the battle we have.........

So, how about a picture of this new "snowplow"? I'd love to see it. My Wife is from the midwest so I can appreciate a good triple engine, 47' slightly modified nose "snowplow".

I don't know Denny....the driver told me he was out of boat a number of different times :skull
I guess it's just a matter of prospective John: Out of boat for 1/2 mile at the start then 1-1.5miles returning ( both inside the Gate) yes. That leaves 59 or so miles where we wern't. Either way, it was and has been a great run. G'luck this year w/Jack, take extra good care of my mate.

Just had to add my two cents with a few photos of Mr. Warpath from Catalina 2010.
That was my first year shooting the race and like everyone else I was blown away by the incredible finish. :thumbsup
