Hey all! I haven?t been around here much since I sold my boat but thought I?d put this up here incase any of you were looking for a Scottsdale Home. Thanks! I welcome everyones comments. If there is something you wish to see or think I should post to help with the sale let me know. I didn?t bother with my kids rooms since they have kid crap everywhere. And the 12X12 master closet is 3/4 full of my wife?s clothes. Trust me it?s huge!!

Good luck on the sale! Will miss you guys! This is a nice house located in a great part of town. You have privacy as it isn't surrounded by much, but it is also minutes away from some of the best areas in town (Desert Ridge). House is clean, well built and the yard is done right.

What..... Sorry to hear your going back but certainly understand. The pavers turned out fantastic. Anyone in the market this is a must see,the features of this home are indeed special. Photos don't do it justice.

I?ve maintained selling homes in SoCal for my investors since we left OC back in 2007. But it doesn?t make it any easier to spend 900k on a home that needs a 100k remodel.:yikes

Good to hear from you. We?re moving to Laguna Hills/Niguel area. Close to the beach. I?ll be in touch when I get back in town for good. The market out here is a little slow so it might take a couple of months.
