Hey all! I haven?t been around here much since I sold my boat but thought I?d put this up here incase any of you were looking for a Scottsdale Home. In full disclosure I?m an AZ & CA broker so no need to spam me with offers. I will pay a 2.5% commission to licensed AZ agents who has a buyer with an acceptable offer. Or reduce the price an equal amount for any of you if you represent yourself. I?m moving back to Orange County to be closer to my retarded/retired parents. LOL! Please call me if you have any questions or want to see the house. Other members here such as Steamin Rice, Sigus, Magic34 and 2Driver have seen the home. They can vouch for it?s condition. Call Corey @ 714-658-6291. The house will officially go on the market next week.
The home is on Zillow. Their price does not reflect an accurate range due to close proximity to smaller tract type homes.

It?s located in one of the best School districts in AZ. Close to shopping, North of the 101 freeway, 30 minutes to Lake Bartlett and Lake Pleasant.
From the entry gate to the curb you will be wowed! Once inside you find 12 ft ceilings, a formal living and dining room, massive open kitchen with a 6 x 6 granite topped island. Beautiful cabinets and slab granite counters w/rough hewn edges. Large ceramic tile in all the living areas with upgraded neutral carpet in the bedrooms. Family room is open to the kitchen and sports a gas log fireplace. Spacious master suite w/sitting area, 2-way gas fireplace to the master bath, Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Solar water heater. The expansive rear yard sports a deep and wide covered patio and RV gate.
Direct access to desert hiking from the back yard, granite, shutters, stainless steel applicance, hickory cabinets, custom home, oversized 3 car garage, hidden room behind book case to store valuables, too many custom extras to list.
Now for the Boater and Hot Rod guy?s. The 3 car garage is 1,040 Square foot. It?s extra deep and wide with an above attic to use as storage. You can park a full size SUV, Full size long bed Crew Cab truck and another car in the garage and still have room to work or store equipment. I was able to back up my 29 foot Shockwave into the garage to clean it in the shade. It stuck out a couple of feet. I had the pavers installed to create a huge usable driveway big enough to maneuver a toy hauler, boat or race car trailer. You can park approximately 12-15 cars in the front driveway alone. The RV parking in the back yard and retainer wall was all done in pavers and stone. The foundation was packed for heavy duty weight loads. I?ve had boats and large 5th wheel trailers on the pad. I had intentions to build a 2500 SF shop and a casita off the back of the lot. There is plenty of room to build a huge shop. The basement room off the back of the house is an underground 12X10 room with plumbing, electricity, internet and an AC unit. It is secure with several locked doors. The lot extends beyond the rear wall exactly 35 feet approximately an additional 6,000 Square feet beyond the wall. That land can be used should you decide to extend the block wall and obtain permits. You can ride your dirt bike or UTV up the wash and follow all the way to Lake Bartlett using the paved roads only when crossing them.
This house and lot was built for people like us.
