Interesting that he would bother with two carbs and use the tiniest, most restrictive exhaust elbows instead of the better "elephant ear" type that Banks made.

Original set up from the 70's. It'll out run most boats here.

Any specifics about the motor setup? I'm interested because I am fairly confident that my 32 was one of the turbo setups that Spectra did way back when. (It had pyrometers in one of the many boxes of shit that it came with). I would love to know what secret sauce Gale Banks was using.

Boost is power, unless making the boost makes too much intake heat. One of my friends has a "sleeper" Schiada with a Race Aero system under the hatch making 18 psi on AV gas.
