2019 Turbo S with high aluminum doors and a windshield
The cab gets very hot in your leg area with the high doors. On hotter days, we will take the windshield off, but still find that it gets pretty hot. I don’t mind it as much as Robert. I hate being cold and can deal with it. I even turn on my heated seats when it’s hot, but that is mostly due to back pain on longer rides. But, family who has used the RZR also noted everything is great, but it gets so hot. I have been in a RZR with stock doors and it does not get this toasty. It also traps dust inside our cab a lot.
Robert wants to put side scoops on the doors to force in airflow and a slide door to close the vents on the colder nights. I think the scoops won’t look nice and just think adding vents will be enough.
I also found this heater/cooler fan that says it’ll remove heat and dust on warmer days, but he thinks in a 4 seater, it might not work. It is a cheaper fix to try before cutting into the front doors.
Any one else have this problem or advice, before he starts to mock something up to make?
