RV park finally opening Feb 1st!

We still have finishing touches, and it has been foir and a half months since last day off, but we are finally starting to look like an RV park! We're super excited. Can't wait to do the impromptu sxs races around the land lol

Right now nothing is between the sites, native plants and trees are coming. Distance between site is approx. 100' . Site lengths are at least 125' some 200' long.

Could go on and on about the power and pure water...no recycled city/sewage water here. But we digress lol

Rather than say near swingarm city riding I should say were just on the East side of Capitol Reel National park.

Coming along nicely. There is a group of 10 of us going from SoCal - West Yellowstone, MT in June. They want to split the drive in 2 and camp the night in between. Was just checking your location to make the layover stop here but not sure I can sell the complete group on the detour. I don’t think it’s too bad but some of these guys aren’t good for long hauls.

Will keep this in mind for the following year. We do a week summer trip to new locations and some include the sxs’s. This would be a good option.

Nope. Were in Wayne county which only has 3% private land available in the entire county. We have 1/4 mile along Scenic route 24 and about 1/4 mile of river that runs through our land.

we did a ride out of Parowan Ut. last August. Went to tropic, Escalante and Beaver 4 days about 475miles it was epic!

Road base pads. Concrete would crack and run about 3-4m for just the 32 sites and roads. Wed have to charge 200 per nihlght to break even lol
