Who has gotten an RV loan lately and what is the your rate?

Just got approved for one through my LLC and wanted to know what rates people are getting to compare.

I know that going through the LLC is higher, but it also has a write off advantages.

What is the loan amount of the RV? 20yr term?

Not sure what you're looking to buy but I'd be interested, if buying new, what kind of deal you can get right now in comparison to MSRP.

I’m at 8.3 with a 144 month 35k
Probably not one of my best moves but I plan to pay it off in a year or two tops.

Good question and with all my researched I never came across this issue and now just spent the last 25 reading.

I'm approved outside the dealer and wanted to cover the financing first before I committed to the unit.

I'm reaching out to Newmar with the vin and checking on it. I'll let you know.

The cash is sitting in my safe. Honestly I’ve still been looking but haven’t seen anything else I like. I think people are realizing they are going to take a loss and kind of just sitting on stuff instead now. I’ve been traveling a bunch for work so it hasn’t really bothered me. I’m in Denver now

When I went to see it and buy it a while back the slide was acting funny. He said he would get it fixed and then I would pick it up. After 2 or 3 weeks he said the guy ordered the wrong part and he was sorry but taking it to camping world to get it done right. They determined it was the actuator and ordered the part. That was maybe 2 weeks ago. I’m assuming it should be done this week or next week. Camping world doesn’t have the best reviews so I’m not surprised. If I find something before he calls I would jump on it but with all the travel I haven’t had much time. I really like the sunova so hopefully I get a call and everything is working when i go to pick it up

What is the rate on $150k for 20yr? It would be financed under my name and the coach will be 2017 or newer.

I’m going to get serious about advertising after thanksgiving. If it don’t sell I will look to refinance.

Absolutely best case scenario would be upper 6’s at the moment.

Received my response from Newmar. Honestly I was pretty surprised that I did.

According to our records, this 2016 Dutch Star coach did indeed have the axle upgrade performed.

If you do finalize the purchase of this unit, please let us know so we can update you as the current owner.

I grew up with Justin and we hang out with him and his family often. Just talked to him yesterday. Great dude and talented and his business levels show the same, he’s always busy.

pre-2020 newmars are the ticket.

gonna run our rig for another 3-5 years, then the goal is to get into a 2019-2020 Newmar mountain, london or king aire

A little less than 2 years ago we searched hi & low; The best rate we could find was 7.5% on 60k / 20yrs. It went through an RV specific specialist out of Indiana.

Those king airs are money and maybe too pretty for the desert/sand. The Essex are nice too.

I’m really digging the Fortravel but the wife is not digging the years we can afford. lol

Yeah they’re very nice rigs. Kings and Londons come with the 605HP Cummins which is what I really want in the next rig.

Foretravels are very nice rigs. Very pricey as well. My buddy has a newer realm and things are put together very well

There are a couple 2010-2013 Fortravels here that are nice including some late models but out of my league.
