Wife and I want to take off next Friday to Monday in the Moho. Looking at anything from Sedona to Sierras. Got to be able to accommodate a 40ft Moho. Looking for recommendations . Not really looking for the beach. Thanks

We stayed here on out way to Idaho a few weeks back. Nice brand new place, 15 min or so from Zion.

Drove over to Sand Hallow to check it out and drove past this place. https://www.zionutahjellystonepark.com/ looks like it's partly still under construction

Browns in Mamouth. Dry camping but roomy, reasonable and a nice place.
We have amazing stories of the place.

Two locations. In town with hookups, and out of town dry.

Browns Owens River was the first place I thought of. You can put a folding chair next to the water and stare at that view all day.
Excellent trail riding too. The Forestry Service even has a designated motorized trail maintenance crew.

I always recommend taking a couple jugs diesel.
I carry an extra 10 gallons. Tight fitting gas stations and a long stretch to the travel stops.

The two trails we love is Brees lookout and "Bald" Mountain fire look-out.

Hot springs everywhere, Crab Cooker, Wileys where the famous Union Civil war Generals visited after the war,,. Geologic sites, tons of places to roll too.

Right at your campsite:

We really enjoyed Williams, AZ a few years ago, thinking of doing a fall or spring trip and taking one of the side by sides to cruise around and check out some trails.

Kernville. Camp James or Rivernook. Right on Kern River. Cool town and brewery in walking distance

As mentioned, Mammoth!

Mammoth MTN RV Park is great and has full hookups.
If they are full there is a place across the street called Pine Glen- there are larger spots and group spots, but its dry camping. We stay here frequently. We feel it gives you more of that camping in the mountains and pine trees feel.
If you are bringing your car, you can also access a lot of the trail system from here. Also tons of mountain biking....
We didn't make it up there this summer like we normally do, and we were pretty bummed out.

So much to do and see up there!
