They build shit like everyone else....they're not leading anything. If they did lead, and had decent build quality, they could exist whereever they wanted to be and thrive....but they don't. I have a forest river trailer (got it for next to nothing). There's more scotchlocks in it than on the shelf at autozone. fuck 'em.

I would tend to agree here. I had a post covid unit and I did more building on it than the factory. Then I f'd up and bought another. Didn't do my research to learn that they were the parent company. This one is somewhat on me.

When was the last time you’ve been to Perris. ? Huge warehouses for distributors are being built thru out the area. Seems like a nice area last time I was there a few years ago and growing when we did a huge project for a new tenant.

Same here in Henderson, nv. Tons of tilt ups being built. Just no TI's to build them out. Seems that no one is leasing them. Yes, eventually they will come but there is a ton of sq. Footage just sitting.

When I worked for LifeTechnologies, all the money was federal grants. We would get orders from local pharma companies with direct bills to the federal government

My ex worked for Life Technologies in HR and I remember almost every thing she mentioned was federal government projects.
