You play devils advocate to pretty much anything the guy posts. Let him post. Scroll on if you don't like his posts.

I'm tired of your posts on his ass non stop. That's why I care.
Oh, I'm sorry you're tired. That is not my problem. There is a bit of history here that you either don't know or are ignoring. I'll keep it short, I respond in kind to most people I interact with. Meaning, if you want to be an asshole I will gladly return the favor. Yuma has leveled all kinds of insults and mockery my direction. I give it back, in kind, it is really that simple. And how exactly do I give it back you ask? Great question, but since you seem sensitive make sure you are sitting down for this one. I simply asking him to clarify his posts.

If that is too much for you, then I would suggest you take your own advice and scroll past my posts. 👍

As far as posts on his ass... Give me a break. I respond to a small fraction of what he posts.

So I was talking to a Russian last night. She is well informed and has access to western news sources.

She says the people in eastern Ukraine are generally aligned with Russia and they are fighting Ukrainian Nazi units who are also attacking civilians.

I asked what they think of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania

"Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in one picture To understand the attitude towards these three countries, you need to know the history of Russia This is too long)) I can only say that these 3 dwarfs are traditionally Russophobic, can not forgive the collapse of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in the 18th century... And this is the European Union))......"

She also suggested I read this book.

Anyone ever read this book?

More proof that the Liberal Cabal that got thrown out of here, were “partially” right. We just need to argue and prove ourselves right. Doesn’t seem to matter if it’s eating our own or fighting the Liberals.

Nah, I look at it more this way. Hold people accountable for their actions, or in this case words, regardless of political affiliation. That does not mean we are enemies. Yes, that even means I do not look at Yuma as my enemy, he is just a poster who I believe posts some really stupid shit at times, and I DECIDE to react.

Conflict doesn't have to be a negative thing. It is honestly far more productive in my opinion instead of a bunch of yes men standing around holding each others dicks. Ask yourself something here. In the real world, has everyone you have ever dealt with professionally or personally agreed 100% with everything you've ever suggested, thought, or done? If they didn't agree, did that mean they were the enemy, or was it just something you didn't agree on? None of conflict in here is really that big of a deal, especially considering we are talking about internet banter in a sub forum of a boating website. 😂

Or I don't know... maybe this really is some serious life altering stuff. We all have different levels of stress management, fight or flight reactions, and what we believe is a highly continuous situation vs just another Sunday morning conversation. It is all based on life experience.

We all have the ability to at our fingertips to fix this problem. It's called the ignore button. Anybody complaining at this point has made their choice to participate.🤷‍♂️

I agree with your post and you’ve essentially made my point. We have no opposition here anymore, therefore we argue amongst ourselves over the color of the curtains.

You’re also correct that it’s just the internet. My point is - since the liberals got the chop, the P&G is a boring wasteland of sycophants.

Nothing makes you better at defending and articulating your political position, than being able to debate someone who see’s things 180deg.

You want a P&G that will sharpen your knives and make you think?

It’s an international hunting site. You will learn more about globalization and international politics in that P&G, than you ever could on a “political sub-forum on an obscure boating site”.

Agreed for the most part. So I guess the real question is this. Are people coming in this forum for actual political debate? Or like in my case, pure entertainment at face value with a side of political topics?

It is a boating forum and this for me is entertaining.

Take a trip over to that site. The owner, while an avid African big game hunter, is a member of the Royal Family of Dubai. He hates Americans and everything about us.

The forum demographics there are more like 50/50 conservative/liberal. And guys from all corners of the globe.

I'll check it out, but that is actually more to my point than you know. If fact based political debate was my priority, I wouldn't be investing time into arguing this stuff on a boating forum website. Again, it is entertainment. If you notice my posting style, unless someone directly asks for my attention (which a few have for sure) I post random stuff or offer a point of view from a Cops perspective on cop related issues. I am not now, nor have I ever been a hard politically motivated guy. I simply call bullshit when I see it. With the nonsense that has been going on in this country over the last 13 years, that has drawn my personal life experiences more mainstream. Doesn't help that I am a white male cop... aka the true evil in this world according to the political party in power.

But I will check it out.

Interesting, reading on that site. There seems to be more left leaning, in some aspects, then I would have thought on a gun type site. Being anti-Putin doesn't surprise me in the least, but some of the other things I read were rather interesting in regards to anti- Trump. A few were more to my liking with just being anti-American in regards to politics.(there is no left/right...just scumbags)

Yea, that’s kinda my point. On a gun/hunting site, lots of highly educated lawyer types who post left leaning for sure.

Very active and if you want to argue, that’s your site. I have stayed away from the P&G on that site.

The owner, Saeed, banned me a long time ago for something I said about seventh century Bedouin’s or something.

My point to T&Y, if you want to disagree with people you mostly agree with, this is your place.

There is plenty of P&G sites where there demographics are more equitably split. It makes debate far more interesting.

Link posting conspiracy guys get called out quick.

What would you surmise on an international forum? 😎

That said, Yuma post stuff That always has a nugget (or more) of truth. That’s what make them interesting reading.

My dad used to tell me “Just because you don’t think there’s a conspiracy, doesn’t mean there isn’t one”

Well duh, that is all part of a good story right. It's not just Yuma by the way, there is all kinds of half truthed shit posted on here. Most people don't get all uppity though if it is questioned at all. Have to make it just plausible enough to catch the attention then add in all the fluff you want. Fake news isn't only from one side or the other.

With an owner named Saeed, and many "well educated types"...I don't think I'd bother to join in their conversation. With reference to any middle-eastern jihadi as being "Hodji", the owner would ban me. With well educated and wealthy types...well, I'm low man on the totem pole here

MW, you continually sell yourself short. You handle yourself well and are well spoken.

Jousting with those intellectual types will make you think before you post, which is a good thing.
It’s not unlike bicycle riding, ride in a group where you’re the fast guy, you’re not growing. I always try to “Cat-up” ride with guys above my pay grade and ride myself competitive.

Saeed is a Royal, plain and simple. He hates us all, but particularly “Trumpkins”.

Again, with Squeeze PB&J, Sauce, 2Chill and a few others gone, the RDP P&G isn’t interesting. Would you agree?

Comparatively speaking, this is the "enlightened, Zen and peaceable" version of myself...
I'm "just" a stubborn, redneck, asshole now.
I used to be a violent, explosive, less constrained...stubborn, redneck, asshole.

See, improvements have been made;)

Here is kind of how I look at it, in regard to my place in RDP. I am drastically "outgunned" financially speaking. That has never really bothered me, because what most of the investment types talk about does have an effect on all of us. It has, and will, serve me and my family best to pay attention. My point of view may have less zeroes to follow, but percentages are percentages. There are guys here that are "rocket scientists"...in some cases, not even figuratively. In my small sphere of influence, I've never run across such a cross section of people. There are people that own or run companies with hundreds of employees...I ran about 25-30, and that was a headache!

Really, it took me until I was about 40 to actually listen to other's views. Even some here, in the "echo chamber", I do not agree with. I try to listen though, as like anything, the truth lies somewhere in between. So I try to be somewhat open. Hell, a few times I've even found myself agreeing with 529.5. That in itself will make you question your notions of reality!

As for Saeed, and "royalty" in general. In the US, we don't have blood royalty, not like that at least. I think we have "Dollar Dukes" and "Cashmere Queens". Saeed is no different. Wealth and power are one and the same. Humans tend to follow blindly those who have them, and such they influence many. The only thing that out matches their power, is their ego. When they're most angered, it's not from a physical assault, or a loss of money, it's from those that disagree with their beliefs. This shows their ego is more important than anything else.

As for the lost lefties, a few I wouldn't mind back. One actually wanted me hacked to pieces with a machete, if I remember correctly. That one either I could do without, or square off toe to toe...either way, I'm fairly certain I come out ahead.

As for myself, and being decent with words, I've tried to evolve as a person. I can write a decent letter, or even a business proposal. I can "clean up" nicely, wear slacks and a dress shirt, and most people would assume I had a real job, or even an education. The truth of the matter, if I was ever interested in a topic, I read about it. Books, mostly encyclopedias and things from the library. I didn't use the internet much until maybe 2010 or so. Even then, I'd rather have a book on my shelf. Reading printed words had two advantages, cheap entertainment, and vocabulary. Most people my age haven't read a book since high-school or college.

Excellent post. I grew up super poor. And only have a high school education.

Like you, I’m extremely “street smart” I built my business selling greasy shit to drillers, miners and large contractors.

I outworked my competitors and stayed focused for 30 years.

I’ve always been honest to a fault and hang out with like minded and honorable folks. Guys like Tommy and I are cut from the same cloth.

I consider Tommy a good friend outside the forum.

Unfortunately I lacked the focus others like yourself have. I was always driven, but never knew what I was trying to attain. At some points it was material things, at others, it was learning to walk again...the goals never maintained the same. After a time, what was really important, changed. Over the past several years, it's finally become clear. What I've survived, what I've learned and what chances have been given me...are for my family.

NATO Plans Massive Military Buildup On Russia's Border, Citing Major "Reset"

teaser image
The "tripwire" policy believes Moscow would be unwilling to kill American soldiers & provoke a larger war.

MON APR 11, AT 5:31 AM

These war mongering pricks....................
The US has no problem sacrificing American soldiers to provoke a larger war...10:1, headlines soon to read "American troops killed in unprovoked attack by Putin."
And thus society will be calling for blood, regardless of the truth. Everyone who calls for war, should do so from the front. Being safe and cozy with a detachment of armed guards, a mansion and millions of dollars on hand, should not be allowed when calling for sacrifice.

Yeah, poke the bear and see what happens. These fuckers have no idea what they're doing. Biden could well being in Putin's pocket, hence Biden was reluctant to engage in this clusterfuck. If American troops get involved, we may see Putin release some damning info on the Biden family to open a can of worms.;)

It won't matter if it's released or not. The guy is already an embarassment to the country, and everyone knows what a corrupt pile he is. Our media will say it is all Russian lies. He and his son could be having a threeway with a 9 year old illegal immigrant boy, on live TV, and the news will say it's a misunderstanding.

I know, someone being held accountable is a problem for snowflakes. Hmmm.. You are Canadian, Snowflake, how fitting. Like I've told his other cheerleaders, if you don't like my posts, then the solution is at your fingertips. Simply put me on ignore.

But before you put me on ignore can you please answer what liberal way I am subscribing to please? Love to hear it. Or wait, is me asking you for clarification going to hurt someones feeling somewhere?

Otherwise, don't whine about it. Simply take your own advice and skip over.

Any other sensitive little snowflakes want to point on the doll where T&Y hurt you?😂

Obsessed much?

You don't like what he posts don't read it instead of the liberal way you subscribe to
This stance is is always funny to me because few seemed to be able to do that when the lefties were around, and you seem unable to put it onto practice now.

Comparatively speaking, this is the "enlightened, Zen and peaceable" version of myself...
I'm "just" a stubborn, redneck, asshole now.
I used to be a violent, explosive, less constrained...stubborn, redneck, asshole.

See, improvements have been made;)
Well, last month i sent you PM regarding DEF REGENERATION problems on one of our Trucks. I appreciate the time you spent responding several times via PM. Thanks.

No problem.
I'm not an asshole all the time, but when I am, it's a finely honed skill...years of practice ;)
Trying to be less wound tight these days.

Read somewhere that the Azov Battalion is claiming Russia used chemical weapons...
Shit can get real in a heartbeat

On a side note...I don't think I'm against the use of chemical weapons on a group with ties to Nazis. Break out the Zyclon-B and have at it. Irony at it's best.

Any other sensitive little snowflakes want to point on the doll where T&Y hurt you?😂
You have an obsession with Yuma, regardless of what he posts, you attack him. Did he spurn your advances? Turn you down on date night?

The liberal way is to attack the person not the substance.....

Take some of your own advice
