If those parts are just sitting in a pile on the ground, they are no frills. If you want them on a trailer, well that is going to cost you.

I'm in Yuma, AZ so So Cal and Havasu wouldn't be an issue.

I just see people with really nice trailers and hear $5k and also heard 2FF talk about $2500. I would rather just throw $2500 at something that just sits under the boat.
