Looking for a roofer to redo my roof. I'm located in Riverside jurypa valley area. Any referral would be greatly appreciated.
I'm getting mine done next month. Francisco with UEC came out and gave me a quote. He was higher then the company I went with that has done a few houses in my neighborhood. I went with all new Eagle tiles instead of reusing the existing.I’ve went through this 6 months ago and be ready for a price shock.
I ended up going with UEC roofing out of lake Elsinore .
I dealt with Randy. Francisco did the scheduling. They weren’t the lowest but a far cry from being the highest. Some of those prices were nuts.I'm getting mine done next month. Im in Yorba Linda. Quotes varied from 17K to 32K for 2700 sq ft. That was without the new tiles. 8k add for new tiles. The higher quote was using the peel and stick underlayment.I dealt with Randy. I had a crew from Ecuador that used to get these deals done so fast it would make your head spin... In Hawaii... never could figure out how they got an uncut boot on the electric boom until I was on site when they did it.. I never said a word... The crews that have it have it..View attachment 1430316
Last Saturday.. 110 degree heat
23 sq.
4 men
started 7am.... rolled up hoses at 9.45am...
not bad for some old guys who still got it..
I’m too old to read that small print. The fact that you mentioned shingle seal tab is a good thing. Since I have no idea what that is, I’m assuming I didn’t use it. lolFYI... LOL
read nailing pattern instructions on the packaging...
if you just started, you might be able to loosen shingle seal tab, lift up shingle and apply correct fasteners.
PS... 6 nails required in high wind locations (City requirements) and steep slope applications.
