"All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely Players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,"
As you said, the only difference is the stage, or scene, played by actors or politicians. We are their audience, deciding who's the hero or villain. We are also players, changing roles as our lives or surroundings change. As we change, the players on stage change, desperate to stay a star, for money and fame. "Improv" or well written script, the reactions are real because most players in the audience are independent.
Those who are most dangerous, are those groups that share a common script.
And now thanks to the Internet and Social Media, we can each carry our very own stage and camera crew with us wherever we go.
Being stars in our own shows, with a little imagination and charisma, we can plant a seeds of thought. A Seed for good or one that perpetuates evil, with the ability to attract like minds and the power of expanding group conscious to grow.
