I think a nice deli would do well where you can get a steak if you want but also a boat wrapped sandwich or sub. I'm thinking something like Jerry's Deli or Brent's Deli.

That would be So easy to do with the apps available today. Make a nice deck where the snowbirds can sit and watch the water and you'd have business pretty much year round. Now I'm hungry...

I talked to Tony Stewart a couple of weeks ago and they are still designing the house. He said they are in no rush, as they already have a house in Havasu.

Blake Shelton/Gwen Stefani did buy lots and are going to be building a house.

A large percentage of the people that bought in the Riviera are from the O.C.

Yes and all rentals go thru the Marina via the Dockwa App.

That's why I never rented my slip at the LHC Marina. I am surprised they are taking that high of a percentage on a slip you guys own.
