Mike always has some good footage from the DS events. Spoke to him right before the run and he said they'd been testing and he'd finally got the boat up to respectable speeds (170+) and was happy.

I've ridden in Mike's boat and it was plenty fast for me!

One of my favorite boats of all time and Mike is a good guy. WOuld be great to see a small speedo on that video in the left hand corner.

With how light that M31 must be, being almost 10' shorter than Bobbit's Skater, that thing has to pull like a runaway freight train !!

That boat has always been real fast

It has been but he just seems to always fight gremlins. Just not right - the guy is literally one of the most down to earth unassuming nicest guys you'll ever meet. No ego, no attitude. He's just out there to have fun and wants to push his boat for him and him alone.
