RIP Steve Lyman

Really Nice write up Jason Johnson (SOTW) did for Steve Lyman who passed away suddenly a few months ago.

Many of you probably knew Steve. Lived in havasu. Avid boater and active charity auction participant at all the runs.
He was VERY close to Taylor and AJ Barrett. treated them like his own kids (he didn’t have any kids) and they treated him like family.

He was a hoot and will be missed.

Steve Fucking Lyman. What a great guy and neighbor. I have a pretty good book of stories and good times spend on and off the water with Steve. I have a bottle of Crown Apple in my freezer reserved for him.

Good guy. Traded stories about Clovis NM with him at DS almost every year. My wife knew his family. He knew the owner of Clovis Sign as well, so it was a blast talking with Steve about the crazy shit Jamie would purchase and my FIL would have to figure out how to make it a business asset

I don’t know. That was before I knew him. Before he moved full time to havasu I believe. He had a couple DCB’s in between his Nortech CC and the Hallet.

Steve was a good guy and will be missed. We rode with him and the Barretts in Supercat Fest West a few years ago in the Nortech.

And I'll never forget the social distance your boat signs on the Cali side.
