The sign on the door says for emergencies call 602-774-1713 or [email protected]

There are now two very large and intimidating german sheppards in the yard now too.

No boats have been moved since friday so not sure if any of this is any help.

Thanks for the info! We left a message at the number, and sent an email. Let's see if anyone responds. Geez.

This thread has been sticky'd long enough.. I think everyone knows about Louie's passing now.

Good luck with your guy's boats.

Thanks RD. I just wish we could get someone to talk to us. This would be so much easier on everyone concerned if someone would just communicate what the situation is and what the plan is to finish the boats. This process had already taken quite a toll on me and my family before Louie's death, and although I understand the toll THAT must be taking on his family, isn't there SOMEONE who could step up and talk to his customers??? Just sayin'.

I "m in the same situation as you except that I have a 30 stringray which was almost finished and have no idea what is going on now. Any info as to what is happening would be greatly appreaciated. I'm situated in New YOrk so I can"t just get up and go to the shop and see what"s going on. Thanks to anyone who can help and I really do feel so badly about Louie"s untimely passing. In my book he was a great man!

As of Friday nothing has changed at the yard. Still locked up tight and nothing has been moved.

@ ironman... what color is the boat? I will see if I can lay eyes on it. The only one I can see is all white and looks like a blank hull.

No new info for us- no one is returning calls or emails, even at the "emergency" number. The funeral has been postponed. We plan to look into it further tomorrow- let you know what we come up with.

AZJD, thanks for keeping an eye on things and sending info- we appreciate it!

The word we're getting I'd that this is a bank inventorying the place. Seems Louie had taken out loans on many of the boats. Our attorney is going by there as well. I felt for many months
now that all of the delays were probaly due to money issues, and sadly that seems to be the case. Those of us with boats still there could probably use your prayers.....

Could someone tell me the name of the bank or the name of the attorney who is checking on that 34 drone? My boat is a 30 stingray painted orange with blue tribal graphics and may be inside as it was very close to being finished. Thanks for any info

Ironman, please check you private messages- I've sent you my phone number. I'll let you know what I know after the attorney has gone by there. Do you have title to your boat?

If you have title, they should release to you. I would go down there, I've been told that they will talk to you if you go by there. Good luck.

Thank you again for all your help AZJD. It's 4:00 am here, and it's been a sleepless night. When you google ARS Section 33-361, it comes up as a landlord's right to take over a rentor's property if the rent is unpaid. The owner of the property is listed as Dave Kraecker (Louie's original partner), so I assume this is who has initiated the action. I have no idea what that means for the owners of the boats. I expect our attorney will be able to tell us something tomorrow. Thanks again for everything you've done- you've been a big help.

Marine Mom...
If you wish to post that link please open a new thread, this was a "Rest in Peace Thread" and we'd like to keep it that way. A wound and loss just starting to heal.
If you choose to start a new thread with that link please help us understand if you are involved with the case as an investigator, a family member, friend, or what your connection is.
Jumping in with a first post and not giving us any background on creates more questions about you than it will create response to the request. I am sure you can understand that.

I've sent an administrator my reason for posting on that thread.... I think I'm justified. Hurtful... absolutely hurtful comments found on that thread. My three sons (Marines) lost their Uncle Louie and Aunt Missie. Everyone needs to understand that what happened to both of them and their living, was beyond their control, in a big way.

Did his wife die or something?

Louie was full of life and I will always miss talking to him. Have they ever arrested anyone for his murder?

Also did something happen to Missy? She was such a sweet lady. I hope she is ok.

Louie was a very giving man with a good heart. He was especially kind to kids or those who could be his children by age. He did get to visit the Vietnam Memorial not long before his life was taken, something he'd planned to do one day. DCTripSept.08455.jpg
