We saw you guys yesterday in Parker. We drove by real slow in our can am. It’s so beautiful.

Wonder if that’s before or after they were rescued?...lol.

I guess a coolant hose let go. I believe they have it all fixed up today.

been a while…….

started off the season with some engine troubles. after some looking into it we found that the old girl was just tired. saw about 40psi average with the highest being 60 on a compression test. so decided instead of rebuilding we upgrade. 😁😁

hit up No talent as he’s at ATK and he’s building us a 408ci EFI steoker which should push the bronco on along just fine.

Is the goal for the tire to be inside the tailgate or hanging on the bumper?

Curious of pricing on this. My 87 bronco with the original carbureted 351 is due to be replaced.

motor is roughly 9k. expecting another 4-5k in labor. but you know how budgets go 😂😂
It's gotten very expensive, even the 350 small block Chevy engines that used to cost $1300 new from GM are through the roof. I am actually embarrassed to tell guys what their little "stock" 350 rebuild will cost them for dirt track racing!

Nicely done! If it were mine, I'd add one more vertical piece directly in the center, connecting the bottom horizontal bar to the backside of the wheel mounting surface. It would be installed in an angular manner that would help limit some of the downward torque placed on that round plate. Just my .02. 👍

Obviously you'd want this centered left to right. 👍

the tire buts up to the bars themselves to provide structure. it’s very stout hard to see but you can see in the video above.

Looks good. I like backlashes idea of tri pointing the structure. I'm pretty sure your mount could break off without the support out by the bolt flange.

motor was dynod last night.

now I know some of you aren’t fans of the FI tech. being that this carries a 2 year warranty form the builder and it’s his build. we stuck with what he wants and prefers.

That torque curve looks great off the bottom, do you have plans to roll it on a chassis dyno as well? Certainly a wake up from a tired 351

most likely will go after some shakedown trips for further dyno and tuning.
