Not my trailer.
I was running dog to park and a trailer had water running out from underbelly. Islander security was in front of me. They kept driving. I stopped, turned off water and drove to office to tell them to call owner. Office had zero idea, security did not call it in.

so no need to report that!


Now if it was a drought situation then they would if fined you - Bigly!
