We are listing our new to us 3bed 2 bath Central Havasu home for rent. It has all new carpet and paint and is very clean (my wife is very anal...not that kind). Great boat parking on the side of the house on a huge 20'x90' RV pad(fit at least 3 boats safely off of the street)

This house is a short 1/2 mile WALK from the Flying X Saloon and BJ's Tavern so you can enjoy food and drinks after you get off of the water without having to worry about DUIs.


There is also a beautiful brand new Cypress Park only 0.4 miles from the house.

Or if your boat breaks down, just hop on the bikes(in garage for you to use) and peddle down the 1.2 miles to the channel and hang out.

We have rented a lot of homes in Havasu over the years and know what we like and don't like, so this house will be set up for boaters(air compressor and shop vac in garage along with extension cords and water hoses to clean and prep boats)

Holiday $150 per night 3 night minimum

reminder there is a no pet policy...the person who booked these weekends wasn't fully aware of that
