Be bad ass if they could get a liquor license, and just be a real floating bar, talk about a money maker that could become.

if you wanted to run a bar for a living, that could be a huge money maker. Getting the licenses would be a circus

Yea i think a roving Liquor License would be a pita for sure, but if capable of acquiring would be gold in the desert.

I need to build one of these for the riverhouse. Would need a CF# right? Whats the best way to go about it, buy a skiff / rib with a CF# and motor and use that as a starting point?

Start with the smallest pontoon you can find, 12- 16’ maybe...

I wonder if these tiki barges can handle current or any kind of rough water? Seems like they'd need to be kept in the channel or a no-wake area the way they are shaped.

No Fn way they are capable of handling any chop at all. Every passing wake board boat would swamp it..

El cheapo pontoon would be perfect.

Indian ferry could take one of these out in the channel no problem the way those dickbags roll through. There is only about 3" of freeboard when they are loaded up with people.

But think how much fun it would be to 86 people. I bet they would sober up and behave real quick once the hit the water and realize they have to swim to shore or behave.

It’s kind of like a pontoon. The water just kinda rolls over the deck and out the sides.

FYI this isn’t some one off deal it’s a franchise that was purchased and they run these things all over Florida in the inner coastal and key west etc.

It’s also a lot bigger than it looks in the pics. I want to say it’s like 14-15’ wide?

I don’t think it would sink, it will just bob around a lot. Channel is perfect for them.

x100.. Unfortunately it doesn't sound like it will ever happen.

Somebody told me it was actually a forum member trying to open up some concession that caused so much bullshit that they actually killed everyones permits.

Fortunately I know Ryan from Slide Anchor and he's almost always BBQ'ing something on the Ponzilla.. :D

Was that former inmate with a screen name Daytona28 or something similar. I know he was pissed he couldn't open a hot dog concession.
