This was a very calculated move. This is a divide and conquer type strategy. Now the Biden team will have to defend TWO fronts, one dealing with outright voter fraud which is what the Trump team is pursuing. On this front, Biden along with the states in question, will have to answer to things like dead people voting, unverified signatures on mail in ballots, more ballots than registered voters, etc. "individual fraud" if you will.

This means major players such as foreign countries and corporations involved in hacking and other nefarious actions AGAINST THE STATE (not just against Trump) . Uh, if they are alleging wide spread fraud or multiple types over multiple states wouldn't the supreme court want everything combined into one argument consisting of multiple facets?

If Powell (and it's a big IF) actually produces viable evidence that Russia (or others) hacked our election machines it will become primarily a Dept. of State matter.
