Have you tried the makers hotline.
We have an LG and they talked us through or gave us things to try While on the phone when ours was acting up. Before a service call was made.
Now it wasn’t dead as in not cooling or freezing completely.
Just thinking out loud here is all.

That’s a good idea…. This thing is dead dead. I have talked to a dozen place and nobody does repairs, crazy? There is a lot of full size fridges up and down the docks not to mention 8k people in page.
