Very sweet... I cleaned it up a little bit and sent it to everyone in my contact list...

Thanks

Lately I have stayed away from all the political genuflecting but thought that what I recently did would hit home with many people. Feel free to pass it on if you see a need.

I decided to go have dinner at the local Chili's with my family. While we waited for the server to come over and take our order, I noticed one of the servers who actually had a fairly larger pin on her shirt. Through glancing at it, I noticed that it was an OBAMA 08 Pin with all the appropriate United States flag renditions surrounding his name. After a few more minutes, chance would have it that she was there to take our order. I chuckled inwardly as her political affiliation was so predominantly and proudly displayed.

Our meal was as it always is at this restaurant; delivered in a timely manner, hot, tasty and without fanfare. Her service was professional and she was remarkably kind. When she brought me the bill, I decided not to tip her and explained that I was going to begin exploring the "Obama Redistribution of Wealth" concept.

She stood there a little bit in disbelief, kind of with that perplexed look, not really sure if I was kidding or serious, while I told her that I was going to redistribute her tip to someone who I deemed more in need--the homeless guy outside. She appeared to angrily storm away as I was ending the sentence.

After paying for the bill, I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to thank the server inside as I've decided he could use the money more. The
homeless guy was obviously more than grateful adn attempted to enter Chili's but the manager barred his entrance.

While we were all walking to our vehicle, I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but my server was extremely angry that I gave away the money she had legitimately earned even though the actual recipient (the homeless man) deserved the money more.

I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.

Maybe I have saved this young lady from being as a sheep, following the other sheep without intelligence, knowledge or the consequences they would all face when that decision arrived to fall off that cliff or turn in the true direction of change.

I wonder if we printed these up and handed them out door to door at every household in California if we could turn the tide in CA and it's 50+ votes. Or how bout those swing states. :hmm

All we can hope for at this point is that folks come to their senses inside the voting booth.

If that douche bag wins then I will be practicing part of this. I will be done tipping. Let Nobama take care of them. Same with all of the charities I give to. Fuck em. Same with our schools that try to make kids sell shit so they can go somewhere. Fuck em let your parents pay for your shit. I already will not let my kid sell their crap. I just pay for him to go on the trip.

Sad state of affairs when even though McCain will probably win, the amount of Americans that support socialism is scary. At least with this election we will discover this as fact.
It all must start in the schools. Don't just teach the kids about the constitution but more importantly why we need one.:hmm

I don't think most people realize he is a socialist. I watched his infomercial on Dish Net. He sounds like a Republican. I've seen his commercials. Other than the standard Bush sucks, he is campaigning in the guise of a moderate Republican with talks of tax cuts for households, tax credits for businesses, etc. The problem is that he does not mention his true intent, his voting record, or come clean on his socialist-liberal background. Most people are too lazy to dig into the truth so they just listen to his well-packaged presentation and say, "Hey, that sounds pretty good. I could use a tax cut. My life is in a financial mess right now and Obama can fix it for me."

Sorry Mike.

You and I both know the average lower wage earner will not get it. Obama is the true under-achiever's President.

I just cannot stand that "family" just my get in the White House. It sickens me to the point where I want to move next to Brown. Deal is they have social expenses to the max already.

Perhaps an Island?

I am a big fan of those that educate themselves and work for it. Those that don't...miss out.

I see we think alike. I feel the same way. Most people have no idea how this is really going to CHANGE America. Four years of unchecked socialist rule and court appointments will never be recoverable. It will be the beginning of the end of this country as we know it.

I know most people will think I am being overdramatic but I believe firmly that we are headed for very dark times. Moderate Republicans and RINOS have been driving this country into the ground slowly. Now, Nobama is going to put it into overdrive. To Hell in a handbasket as my grandma used to say.:(

Well a few sites say this is a hoax which I'm guessing it is.

The message is loud and clear though from both Mr O and Mrs O. Redistribute the pie so everyone gets a piece even though they choose to sit their fat asses on the couch rather than work to earn their piece or put forth minimal effort at a low paying job just to collect a free piece from the gov.

This whole entitlement mentality just sucks ass.

The Fall of Democracy

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When the thirteen colonies were still a part of England, Professor Alexander Tyler wrote about the fall of the Athenian republic over two thousand years previous to that time:

A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves money from the public treasure. From that moment on the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most money from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy followed by a dictatorship.

The average age of the world's great civilizations has been two hundred years. These nations have progressed through the following sequence: from bondage to spiritual faith, from spiritual faith to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependency, from dependency back to bondage.

Alexander Tyler
