Reconing older speakers??

I know it was on here before, but anybody know anyone who does it or has done it? Got an old pair of Hifonics w1034 speakers that I have had forever. Since mullet is getting a makeover I figure it might be the perfect candidate for the old school Hifonics amps and speakers I have had laying around

Simply Speakers is one place that sells replacement parts and I believe will repair if sent to them. I've used their foam repair kit on an old set of Cerwin Vega home speakers.

I re-coned a set of Bose 901's a few years ago, I was able to source the OEM foam and cone material from a local guy. It isn't a difficult job but it takes time to do it right, you won't have any problem with it. I was pleased with the results.

I used these guys for a JL 12W6 I had ....they did amazing...

… How about tuner repair… My old tuner has lost a few transistors in one channel needs to be gone through… anybody have any recommendations on tuner rebuilds

Did the same on my Cerwin towers. Resurrected my Dorm speakers
