I just posted this on the league message board:
Apparently, a player's stats were updated by the system. This happens from time to time once the NFL reviews the game film and makes corrections.

Game stat revisions usually happen within 24 hours of the game. Since you both had guys playing on Monday night (Jacksonville vs. Tennessee), it appears that one of them had a stat-line revised.

I've contacted Yahoo Sports to get some clarification on who's stat(s) may have changed.

Stay tuned...they usually take a day to respond.

I say don't do anything....it is unfortunate someone lost....but that was plain luck...

There may be future losses to him.....by luck, maybe not....and maybe he will start playing again....but I would not reach out or change a thing at this point.

this can result in frustrating losses, it can also result in unexpected

all statistics earned by players during their games.

All player statistics will be updated by the morning following the game
of a particular day or night. Rankings or scoring totals will also be
updated at this time.

are unofficial statistics and will not be displayed while games are in
progress. Scoring for these categories will be updated early each
morning after games are played.
