That's what I've been using for the last 5 years or so.
Mobile phone support is only ok, though.

NFL.com has some highly touted new one that links up to video highlights for your players, and it's supposed to be really good for mobile phones, too.

I think we have to put some money into it just to keep it interesting. It also helps to keep everyone playing. It sucks when one or two teams simply drop out, screwing up the rest of the league.

What do you guys think...Free league? $20? $50? I want to keep it fun, but don't want to exclude people because of the buy-in.

I agree on the $20 - $50 range. I think $50 to $100 might be a little too high for some to justify it (probably me. lol!). Ive wanted to join a fantasy league for a while now, just havent done it before.

Assuming the rest of the guys are OK with it, I don't mind taking it to 16 teams. It means everyone plays everyone else the same number of times (since week 17 isn't usually played) so we'll just need one more team. :thumbsup

Smaller rosters will work with 16 teams while keeping good players on the waiver wire.

We can draft in a thread here, but it takes a long time so you have to start early...like now.
But you run the risk of players getting hurt in the pre-season.

True...but half of Fantasy Football is bitching and moaning about how shitty your team is, while some newbie cleans everyone's clock

About half the winners autodraft, while half pick and choose players. I don't think there's a huge advantage to picking players versus using the auto rankings. The Yahoo! rankings are pretty good, plus you can still go in and change the rankings.

I had to choose an arbitrary date for the draft, but it's not set in stone.
It's currently Wed, Aug 18, 7:30pm PDT. I have no problem changing it based on feedback. We'll never get 100% agreement on a date, but hopefully we can find a date that works for most.
